ApplicationHub is an application submission, review, tracking, and management system. It gives applicants a professional submission experience and gives administrators one dashboard for reviewing and managing applications.
The included categories cover admissions, recruitment, grants, scholarships, programmes, memberships, vendor onboarding, competitions, events, and custom applications. Buyers can adapt the labels and content to their own use case.
After submission, the applicant receives a unique reference number. The tracking page requires both that reference and the exact email address used during submission.
Yes. Supporting PDF, JPG, JPEG, and PNG documents can be uploaded. Files are stored in protected server-side storage and are opened through the authenticated administrator area.
Administrators can search and filter applications, review applicant information, view documents, change statuses, request additional information, send email, add private notes, export records, and delete applications when required.
Yes. The marketplace demo can display demo login credentials. Buyers can disable demo mode and change the administrator name, email, and password from the Settings page.
SQLite is enabled by default for easy installation. MySQL is also supported through the database configuration settings.
Yes. The application name, support email, base URL, and reference prefix are configuration settings, making it straightforward to adapt the script to another brand.
